The Chairman, seductive and ruthless, purports to represent and defend his people and one man stands in his way – Thakur, the local Hindi landlord, who has been reclaiming all land on which loans are unpaid. Kala and his gun become a vital asset that each side must have. Broke and hungry, Kala begins to bargain with them. He’ll take their money, but what he wants is information.
