HOW TO BUY TICKETS

Every year, SAIFF brings exciting new cinema to audiences of all ages. Here is all the information you need to know to make sure you have tickets to all of this year’s spectacular films! 

TICKET OPTIONS: 

The South Asian International Film Festival offers a variety of ways for you to see all the films you want to see!  If you want to maximize your time at the festival, check out our festival passes. If you want to make sure you get to see the films you want to see, buy individual tickets online.  Find out how below! 

REGISTER ONLINE:  

The Advance Individual Tickets, Ticket Packages, and Festival Passes for the South Asian International Film Festival are in high demand, so you must first register online and create a username and login for an opportunity to purchase all tickets, passes, and packages. 

MAKE YOUR PURCHASE:

Once you've registered online and created your own ‘Username’ and ‘Password,’ you are now ready to make any purchase at anytime. During the sales period, the box office will allow you to buy available Individual Tickets, Ticket Packages, and Festival Passes. After logging in, go to the FILMS AND EVENTS tab and click on DAILY FILM SHOWTIMES.  From there, select the films you'd like to see.  Once your transaction is complete, we'll update you with emails letting you know all of your ticket purchase details! Mark your calendar with the box office opening and closing dates listed below:

COLLECTING YOUR TICKETS, PACKAGES, and PASSES: 

 You may choose to have your Advance Individual Tickets, Ticket Packages, or Festival Passes sent directly to you via Express Delivery, OR you may pick them up when you arrive at the SAIFF Box Office in the official festival Theater. To have your purchase sent to you via Express Delivery, you must select that delivery option when you purchase your Tickets, Packages, or Passes. Once your transaction is complete, we cannot change the delivery method.

OPEN TICKET SALES

These tickets don't require a registration, and the only way to take advantage of them is to show up at the festival screening locations to purchase your tickets.  Day-of-show tickets must be purchased in-person; they are not available online.  Tickets purchased at on-site box office are CASH ONLY

WAIT-LIST TICKET SALES 

October 24, 2012 - October 30, 2012

Is the film you want to see sold out?  Each year, hundreds of filmgoers see popular festival films thanks to the waitlist. If the box office has run out of tickets, they will direct you to the waitlist.  Starting two hours before the scheduled screening time, you will be able to sign up on the waitlist, one ticket per person present. (Exception:  For each theatre's first screening of the day, waitlist numbers will be announced one hour before the scheduled screening time.) Once you have your number, be sure to return no later than 30 minutes before the screening time.  At that time, you'll line up according to number, and tickets will be sold in sequential order based on availability. Waitlist tickets are only $15. CASH ONLY.

Be sure to add tickets@saiff.org to your address book or approved senders list to ensure that all e-mails from the South Asian International Film Festival will reach you and not be filtered out by Spam Blockers.
